Global Organizational Excellence Model (GOEM)
IAQP’s global recognition framework for organizational excellence — benchmarking leadership, strategy, people, processes and results against internationally recognised standards.
What is GOEM?
Holistic recognition of organizational excellence
The Global Organizational Excellence Model (GOEM) is IAQP’s flagship recognition programme for organizations, built on internationally recognised principles of organizational excellence.
Rather than certifying a single management system, GOEM evaluates an organization holistically — across its Leadership, Strategy, People, Partnerships & Resources, Processes and the Results it delivers — to recognise organizations that demonstrate sustained, all-round excellence.
Assessment criteria
Six areas GOEM evaluates
Leadership
How leaders set direction, model values and drive a culture of excellence.
Strategy
How the organization plans, deploys and reviews its strategy.
People
How people are developed, engaged, recognised and empowered.
Partnerships & Resources
How partners, finances, technology, knowledge and assets are managed.
Processes
How processes, products and services are designed, managed and improved.
Results
The results achieved for customers, people, society and the business.
